Eric Isler, CRPM, Director of Operations
Eric, a Pittsburgh native, has been building and fixing things for as long as he can remember. His passion for all aspects of construction led him to obtaining a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Eric entered the workplace in commercial construction where he held the positions of Field Engineer, Project Engineer, and Project Manager. After advancing his career in commercial project management, Eric was missing the intimacy of working in the field and getting his hands dirty. That led him to a career in residential remodeling, where he obtained valuable experience and found a passion for managing residential jobs with acute attention to detail from start to finish. Eric has earned accreditations from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) as a Certified Remodeler Project Manager (CRPM).
Robert Raskin, Director of Development
Robert, a Columbus native, has been intrigued with how things are constructed his whole life. After obtaining a B.S. in Construction Systems Management and Business Administration, Robert pursued a career in commercial estimating, helping develop hospitals and commercial and multi-family developments. Over time, it became clear that working with the end consumer, focusing on the development of high-quality construction, and building lasting relationships was what Robert truly had a passion for, which led him to a long-standing career in residential remodeling. Robert has a dedication for continued learning and is constantly evolving an approach of teamwork and guidance through the remodeling experience.
